This Privacy Policy explains what information OneWa ("OneWa", "we", "us") collects when you use our website, dashboard, and website-analytics/WhatsApp-link tracking service (the "Service"), and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (or your Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google) when you register.
Website visitor data (collected on behalf of our customers): when a website using our tracking snippet is visited, we may collect the visitor's IP address (used to derive an approximate country/city, then not retained longer than necessary), device type, browser, operating system, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, pages viewed, on-page engagement (scroll depth, time on page), and whether a WhatsApp link on the page was clicked. We do not knowingly collect names, phone numbers, or message content through this tracking.
Smart link click data: when someone clicks a OneWa smart WhatsApp link, we record similar technical details (device, browser, approximate location, campaign parameters) to power the analytics we show our customers.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including the analytics dashboards shown to our customers.
- To detect and prevent bot traffic, abuse, and fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account, including password resets and billing.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) our hosting and infrastructure providers, strictly to operate the Service; (b) our payment processor, to handle billing; and (c) law enforcement, where required by law.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Analytics/click data is retained for as long as needed to provide historical reporting, or until you delete the associated website/link.
5. Your rights

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
