Terms and conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneWa website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"), operated by OneWa. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including teammates you invite.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited or unlawful WhatsApp messages; track visitors in violation of applicable privacy law; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell the Service without our written permission.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

New accounts include a free trial period as shown at signup. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan. Paid plans are billed based on the number of websites and duration you select at checkout; see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the website/visitor data collected through your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the Service (including the tracking snippet on your websites) complies with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policy toward your visitors.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneWa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
